Pineapple Peach Smoothies

  • 2 cups frozen peaches slices
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup SilkĀ® Protein Nutmilk


Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Garnish with mint or coconut if you want. Enjoy!


Recipe Notes

This recipe is vegan and gluten free. You can add any additions that you want to these smoothies. I like adding in some coconut flakes and hemp seeds and even mint to add to the flavour.
