Ingredients for Breakfast Burritos

Heat oil and scramble your JUST eggs with salt, pepper and a dash of non-dairy milk.

While the eggs are cooking, sauté onion, bell pepper and mushrooms until the onions are translucent.

Whisk yogurt and garlic powder and spread it onto the tortillas. Then add the vegan scramble, vegetables, salsa and vegan cheese.

Roll the tortillas, place them seam-side down in a hot pan and heat for 2 minutes on each side to toast.
