Ingredients
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
Sesame Oil
Cornstarch
Maple Syrup
Liquid Aminos
Sesame Seeds
Ginger
Scallions

Add mushrooms to a bowl and pour hot water over them.
Ensure they are pushed into the water. Leave to soak for 5 to 20 minutes.

Dry the mushrooms, then slice them into thick slices and coat in cornstarch until totally covered.

Fry mushrooms in sesame oil
until crisp on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes, then transfer them to a bowl.
