Strawberry Milk

This vegan Korean strawberry milk is made with 4 simple ingredients. It is different from your average glass of milk in that it contains macerated strawberries and tangy lemon juice!

Ingredients For Korean Strawberry Milk

Strawberries Sugar Lemon Juice Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk

Put your diced strawberries in a bowl, add some sugar, and stir. Then, set the fruit aside to macerate.

Place the rest of the strawberries in a saucepan with the rest of the sugar and some lemon juice.

Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce it to a simmer, and cook the syrup for 10 minutes, stirring often.

In each glass of milk, add 2-3 tablespoons of syrup, 3/4 cup of milk, some ice cubes, and some macerated strawberries. Stir to mix everything.
