Olive Oil Onion Garlic Carrots Vegetable Broth Raw Cashews Paprika Broccoli Vegan Cheddar Cheese Black Pepper Salt

Heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until it becomes translucent and slightly browned. 

Add carrots, broth, cashews, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes.

Blend the soup until it’s smooth and creamy. Pour it back into the pot, add broccoli and cheese.

Simmer until the cheese melts and the broccoli is tender. Garnish with broccoli florets, vegan cheddar, and pepper.
