Ingredients For Vegan Breakfast Pizza

Pizza Dough Vegan Butter All-Purpose Flour Unsweetened Plant Milk Frozen Diced Potatoes Vegan Breakfast Sausage Vegan Egg Batter Vegan Cheddar Cheese Green Onions Salt Pepper

Coat a pizza pan with a little olive oil, then place the pizza dough ball on the pan and roll it out to fit.

Melt butter, then whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly pour in a little of the milk at a time, while whisking, until it's fully combined.

Remove from the heat and whisk in salt and pepper. Spread the gravy mixture evenly over the pizza dough.

Sprinkle the pizza with frozen potatoes and vegan sausage. Pour the vegan egg batter evenly over and top with cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle green onion or chives over the top.
