PIE CRUST Gluten-Free Oats Sea Salt Coconut Oil Agave Nectar Almond Milk

PEACH FILLING Yellow Cling Peach Slices Cinnamon Nutmeg Lemon Juice Oat Flour Sea Salt Maple Syrup

In a food processor, blend oats until it reaches a flour-like consistency. Add some of the flour to a skillet along with the peach filling ingredients and stir until combined.

Add salt to the remaining oat flour. Cut solid coconut oil into the flour, and pulse slowly to form crumbs. Add in agave and milk and pulse until a slightly wet dough forms.

Spoon the dough over the peach filling. Bake until the cobbler topping has set. Serve with coconut cream, an extra drizzle of agave nectar and even more fruits.
