Ingredients

Vegetable Broth  Quinoa Black Beans Corn  Diced Tomatoes Enchilada Sauce Bell Peppers Onion & Garlic Seasoning Lime Vegan Cheese

Add everything except cheese to the slow cooker.

Cook on high until finished.

Add lime juice and cheese and finish cooking.
