Watermelon Almond Feta Basil Lime Sea Salt Black Pepper Balsamic Reduction Balsamic Vinegar Coconut Sugar Fine Sea Salt

Heat all balsamic reduction ingredients over medium-high heat. The glaze should begin to thicken after 5 minutes, remove from heat.

Place the watermelon, vegan feta, and basil in a large bowl. Gently toss to combine.

Season with sea salt and ground black pepper, and squeeze lime juice over the top. Then drizzle with balsamic reduction.
