Vegan Butter Brown Sugar Gluten-Free Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Pumpkin Spice Pumpkin Purée Cinnamon Sea Salt Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and sea salt together thoroughly.
Cream the butter and sugar, then mix in vanilla and pumpkin purée. Add the dry ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated.
Cover the dough with Saran wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons out, roll to form a ball and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies. Allow to cool, then lightly spread cream cheese frosting on top and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
