Chicken Parm Sandwich

This vegan chicken parm sandwich features crispy plant-based chicken cutlets piled high with melty vegan cheese, marinara, and basil leaves!

Simple Ingredients

You'll only need flour, plant-based milk, and a few other ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Dip the vegan chicken into a bowl of flour, followed by a mix of eggs and plant milk, and then into a mix of breadcrumbs, vegan Parmesan, and seasonings.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add breaded cutlets and fry for 3 minutes on both sides until crispy golden-brown.

Cut each baguette in half, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, and toast in the broiler for 1-2 minutes.

Place a slice of vegan provolone over each vegan chicken cutlet and broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Place a chicken cutlet on a baguette, drizzle marinara sauce on top, and add 3 basil leaves. Then close the sandwiches.
