Mix all the seasoning together, then mix all the lime crema ingredients together and set aside.

Heat olive oil and char the corn, tossing every 30 seconds. Then remove from the heat and add some of the seasoning mix.

Next, add the black beans and bell pepper to the skillet, side by side. Sprinkle in the rest of the seasoning and cook for about 5 minutes.

Then, assemble your bowl as you’d like. Top with avocado, jalapeño slices, a squeeze of lime, and drizzle with the lime crema.
