Sago Pearls Tea Bag Boiling Water Dark Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract Silken Tofu Coconut Milk
Cook sago pearls according to package instructions. Let it rest for 20 minutes, then drain and rinse.
Add boiling water to a large mug. Place the tea bag inside, then cover the mug and let the tea steep. Discard the tea bag.
Bring dark brown sugar, tea, and vanilla to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the sugar is dissolved and the syrup has thickened.
Heat tofu until warmed through. Cut into slices and place in a glass. Spoon the sago on top, then pour the arnibal syrup, followed by the coconut milk.
