Chipotle Copycat


Smoky, spicy, and packed with protein, this sofritas recipe is perfect for adding to all your favourite Tex-Mex dishes!


Tofu Red Bell Pepper Tomatoes Vegetable Broth Chipotle Pepper Red Wine Vinegar Garlic Oregano Cumin

Saute onions and garlic. Add the crumbled tofu, cook for 6 to 8 minutes.  Transfer to a bowl.

Blend all the sofritas sauce ingredients until almost smooth.

Pour sauce into the skillet and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add the tofu, stir to coat, and heat on low for 5 minutes to let the flavours meld.
