Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients For Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins 

All Purpose Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Pumpkin Pie Spice Cinnamon Pumpkin Puree Sugar Coconut Oil Non-Dairy Milk Vanilla Vegan Chocolate Chips

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and spices together.

Mix pumpkin puree, coconut oil, and non-dairy milk until well combined, about 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet, and mix until the ingredients are combined and slightly thick. Stir the chocolate chips in.

Scoop the muffin batter into a prepared muffin pan, filling each muffin about ¾ full, then bake for 20-22 minutes.
