Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and spices together.
Mix pumpkin puree, coconut oil, and non-dairy milk until well combined, about 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract.
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet, and mix until the ingredients are combined and slightly thick. Stir the chocolate chips in.
Scoop the muffin batter into a prepared muffin pan, filling each muffin about ¾ full, then bake for 20-22 minutes.
