All-Purpose Flour Instant Yeast Maple Syrup Olive Oil Pimento Olives Sea Salt Warm Water
Whisk the dry ingredients together, create a well in the centre and stir in the water, maple syrup and oil to form a dough. Then mix in the olives.
Lightly grease the bowl, and turn the dough over in it, then cover and let it rise on your counter.
Next, fold the dough on top of itself a few times, then shape into a circle. Use a sharp knife to slice a vent on the top.
Bake the bread with the lid on for 45 minutes, then continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes uncovered.
