Loaded Vegan Nachos

These loaded vegan nachos are sure to satisfy your cravings. They’re rich, gooey, meaty, and cheesy, but entirely vegan! They take 20 minutes to make, and you can add all your favorite toppings to them.

Loaded Vegan Nachos Ingredients

Corn Chips Vegan Crumbles Black Beans Taco Seasoning Vegan Cheese Sauce Optional Toppings Tomatoes Pico de Gallo Salsa Vegan Sour Cream Jalapeños Avocado Cilantro Green Onion

Cook vegan crumbles, water and taco seasoning over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until the water has cooked away.

Pour the beans into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place a layer of corn chips on a prepared baking sheet. Top with crumble mixture and vegan cheese sauce. Repeat to build a second layer.

Bake at 350F for 5-6 minutes just to warm up the chips. Add your favorite toppings, and eat up!
