Tofu Soy Sauce Garlic Powder Cornstarch Sesame Oil Hoisin Sauce Rice Wine Vinegar Vegetable Broth Seasoning

Mix tofu, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch together.

Cook tofu in sesame oil until crisped on all sides.

Saute ginger and garlic. Add in all other ingredients and bring to a boil, then to a simmer for 4 minutes.

Add in the crispy tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and scallions.
