Tacos with Chipotle Crema


These Crispy Cauliflower Tacos with Chipotle Crema are full of different flavours and textures for an irresistible taco dinner!

Main Ingredients

Filling: Cauliflower Flour Almond Milk Kale Carrots Bread Crumbs

Taco & Crema: Greek Yoghurt Lime Juice Chipotle Chili Taco Shells Jalapeño Avocado

Chop up cauliflower.  Mix batter ingredients together.  Coat cauliflower with batter, dip into bread crumbs, place on the baking sheet and bake.

Mix all the slaw ingredients together. Then blend all crema ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat taco shells until golden brown spots appear. Layer with slaw, crispy cauliflower, avocados, jalapeños and cilantro.

Drizzle with chipotle crema. Serve and ENJOY!
