Pumpkin Vegetable Broth Green Onions Red Pepper Flakes Plummy Tomato Garlic Coconut Milk Salt Herbs and Lemon Seasoning
Add broth to a large pot and bring it to a boil. Add the pumpkin and salt, and reduce the heat.
Stir in the remaining ingredients except the seasoning and coconut milk, then cover and cook until the pumpkin is tender.
Remove from the heat and use an immersion blender to puree the soup.
Return the pot to low heat and stir in the seasoning and coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes, then serve and garnish as desired.
