vegan donuts
are like a plant-based version of Krispy Kreme!
Ingredients
Flour
Milk
Vegan Butter
Instant Yeast
Peanut Oil
Confectioners’ Sugar
Brown Sugar
Vanilla Extract

Over medium-high heat, whisk flour, vegan milk, and water until smooth. Then refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the wet ingredients, add to the dry and knead until a soft dough forms.

After resting, knead
dough for 6 to 8 minutes. Place it in a warm spot, cover and allow to rise for about 2 hours.

Cut the donuts, then cover with greased plastic wrap and let them rise again. Fry until they’re golden brown.
