Vegan Donuts

Soft, warm, and encased in a sugary glaze, these vegan donuts are like a plant-based version of Krispy Kreme!


Flour Milk Vegan Butter Instant Yeast Peanut Oil Confectioners’ Sugar Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract

Over medium-high heat, whisk flour, vegan milk, and water until smooth. Then refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the wet ingredients, add to the dry and knead until a soft dough forms.

After resting, knead dough for 6 to 8 minutes. Place it in a warm spot, cover and allow to rise for about 2 hours.

Cut the donuts, then cover with greased plastic wrap and let them rise again. Fry until they’re golden brown.

Whisk glaze ingredients together. Dip the vegan donuts in the glaze while they’re still warm. Decorate however you like!
