This vegan banana cream pie is a classic, dairy-free treat with a flaky homemade crust, sliced bananas, a rich cream filling, and coconut whipped cream!
You'll only need bananas, cornstarch and a few other ingredients to make this easy recipe.
Whisk filling ingredients in a saucepan, except butter, until thickened. Add vegan butter, stir, and cover with plastic wrap. Let cool.
Add the sliced bananas to the pre-baked pie crust, then spread the cream filling on top.
Press a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the pie and refrigerate.
Pipe whipped coconut cream onto the pie just before serving and garnish with banana slices.
