Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika (if using).
Add a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper to taste. Mix again until smooth and creamy.
For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld. However, it can be used right away if needed.
Notes
Store burger sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir it before each use.
