Extra-firm Tofu White Miso Paste Vegetable Broth Paste Vegetable Broth Nutritional Yeast Vital Wheat Gluten Flour Garlic Powder Onion Powder Fresh Thyme Dried Sage Sea Salt

Blend tofu until it is fully broken down. Add all ingredients and seasoning and blend until a dough forms.

Shape dough into a loaf and wrap with aluminum foil, crimping the edges. Place in a steamer basket inside a large pot with 2 inches of water.

Bring to a boil. Cover and steam for 1 hour. Transfer to a wire rack and cool to room temperature.
