Ingredients
Extra Firm Tofu
Coconut Milk
Red Curry Paste
Salt & Pepper
Cornstarch
Coconut Oil
Vegetables
Raw Sugar
Soy Sauce
Coconut milk
lime & Basil
Marinate the tofu, then sear until brown & crispy.
Put oil in pan, add curry paste and vegetables.
Add coconut milk & crispy tofu. Finish with lime.
Serve with rice, naan bread and a lime wedge.
