Thanksgiving Main Dish
Coconut oil Red Onion Celery Garlic Chickpeas Brown Lentils Breadcrumbs Flax Eggs Tomato Paste Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
Mix tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and sea salt to form tomato glaze. Set aside.
Sauté oil, garlic, onion and celery.
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix slightly with a wooden spoon.
Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Add the tomato glaze.
Bake for 45-60 minutes. Slice up and serve. Enjoy!
