Soy Milk Flour Sugar Vegan Butter Sea Salt

Blend milk, flour, sea salt, sugar, and vegan butter. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. 

Pour the batter into a lightly greased pan, tilt it in a circle, making it easier to spread the batter.

Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Cook on the other side for about 30-40 seconds.

Fill half the crepe with your choice of topping, fold into a triangle. Sprinkle with sugar. ENJOY!
