Vegan Milk Apple Cider Vinegar Fine-Grain Cornmeal All Purpose Flour Baking Soda Baking Powder Salt Vegan Butter Egg Replacer Sugar  Maple Syrup

Mix the vegan milk and apple cider vinegar together. Let sit for a while to create a vegan buttermilk mix.

Slowly add all the wet ingredients to the mixture.

In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until fully combined & smooth.

Pour the batter evenly into a pan. Bake for 23-25 minutes.
