Cut cauliflower into "wing size" portions. Then, coat in flour, batter & breadcrumbs
While baking, prepare the sweet & sour sauce.
Roll cauliflower "wings" in sauce and bake again.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Eat immediately – enjoy!
