In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Next, in a large bowl, cream the vegan butter and brown sugar together with a stand mixer or a hand mixer.
Mix in the vanilla and pumpkin puree, then combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Form the dough into a large ball and chill it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then, using a few tablespoons at a time, roll the dough into balls, and line them up on a cookie sheet.
Chill the cookie sheet in the fridge for 10 more minutes, then bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.
Frost the cookies after they've cooled for 10 minutes, and then treat yourself!
