This Vegan Banana Bread needs only one bowl and simple pantry ingredients to make. It's so easy to whip up and it's moist and delicious!

Main Ingredients

Brown Sugar Coconut Oil Flax Eggs Bananas Almond Milk Flour Vanilla Extract

Mix the flax eggs, sugar, and coconut oil together until fully combined.

Whisk in bananas, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Then mix in all other dry ingredients.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Top with pecan nuts, cinnamon or choc chips (optional) and bake for 60 minutes. 

Allow the bread to cool completely. Slice as desired. Enjoy!
