This Mushroom Wild Rice Soup is creamy, made in one pot, and perfect for a  weeknight meal!"


Saute carrots, celery, onions, garlic and mushrooms.

Sprinkle flour over, add stir. Mix in rice, broth, and herbs. Continue cooking. 

Season to taste.
