Cooked Quinoa Cucumbers Olives Vegan Tofu Feta Cheese Tomatoes Red Onion Parsley Hummus Olive Oil Salt Black Pepper Lime Wedges
Cook the quinoa according to package directions and let cool.
Add quinoa to two bowls, split the ingredients in half and add to each bowl as desired. Then spoon hummus on top.
Mix all the ingredients together if desired. Drizzle olive oil, season with salt and black pepper and serve with a lime wedge.
