All-Purpose Flour or Gluten-Free Focaccia Bread Instant Yeast Sugar Olive Oil Sea Salt Garlic Italian Seasoning Rosemary
Combine flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt until blended. Heat water and olive oil until very warm, then mix with the flour.
Fold over dough a few times, and then place in an oiled bowl. Cover and allow to rise 6-8 hours on the counter.
Pour dough into an oiled baking pan, cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
Dimple the focaccia bread all over, add garlic into a few of the holes and sprinkle with rosemary, seasoning and olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown on top. Add more salt if desired, cut and serve with extra oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping.
