Vegan BBQ Cauliflower Wings
Chop the cauliflower into smaller pieces to resemble wings.
Whisk flour, vegan milk, sea salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder in a bowl to make the batter.
Add breadcrumbs to a separate bowl. Line it up beside the batter bowl & the cauliflower.
Toss the cauliflower in the batter mixture, then transfer them to the breadcrumbs.
Once coated, place onto the baking sheet & bake for 22 minutes. Remove from oven.
Toss the wings in the sauce & bake for another 5 minutes for the sauce to soak into the wings.
Remove from oven and garnish with scallions! Eat immediately – enjoy!

You don’t have to dip each cauliflower wing in individually - toss them all in at once!
Don't cut the cauliflower pieces too small think: hand held wing-like pieces.
