Ingredients For Veggie Chips

Beet Carrot Sweet Potato Cornstarch Olive Oil Smoked Paprika Salt Black Pepper

Use a chef’s knife or mandoline to cut the vegetables into 1/16-inch slices.

If desired, sprinkle the sliced vegetables with cornstarch and toss to coat.

Drizzle with oil, add the salt, pepper, and paprika, and toss together.

Place in a preheated air fryer and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, giving it a shake every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
