Ingredients
1
cup
greek yogurt
non-fat or unsweetened
1 1/2
tbsp
honey
1
cup
of mixed strawberries
raspberries/blackberries and blueberries
3/4
cup
graham cracker crunch
Graham Cracker Crunch:
3/4
cup
graham cracker crumbs
1/2
teaspoon
salt
2
tablespoons
brown sugar
2
tablespoons
melted butter
Instructions
Graham Cracker Crunch
Mix all the ingredients together
Rest of Yogurt
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with yogurt to sweeten, adding more or less to taste.
Mix the remaining 1/2 tbsp honey with the fruit, coating it. Set aside.
Spoon some of the yogurt into the bottom of a glass or jar.
Spoon some fruit on top of the yogurt.
Spoon some graham cracker crunch on top.
Repeat this process until you've used all your ingredients.
Use immediately or refrigerate overnight (I refrigerated overnight)
P.S. I ended it with graham crunch then fruits because I loved the graham cracker crunch in my first bite!
