Ingredients for Vegan Tacos

Soak the raw walnuts in boiling water for 30 minutes, then drain completely.

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it is ground down into a kind of mince. Then heat the mixture for about 5 minutes.

Next, heat the taco shell until golden brown spots appear and they are slightly puffy, then flip over and cook the same way.

Spoon some walnut meat on the taco and top with pickled onions, pico de Gallo, guacamole, lime crema and cilantro.
