Cauliflower Wings

Parsley & Lemon Zest

Preheat Oven & line a  baking sheet.

Remove florets from cauliflower then chop into smaller pieces

In a bowl, whisk flour, almond milk and lemon pepper seasoning to make the batter.

Add breadcrumbs to a bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the batter until coated.

Then coat the cauliflower in breadcrumbs and place onto baking sheet.

Bake for 22 minutes - ensuring your oven is preheated.

LEMON PEPPER GLAZE

Whisk all the ingredients in a pan until cornstarch dissolves.

Bring to boil, simmer for 4 minutes then remove until cauliflower is ready.

Toss the wings in the sauce & bake for 5 more minutes. Garnish with parsley & lemon zest.
