You'll only need oyster mushrooms, and a few other ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and spices in a large bowl.

Mix almond milk and lemon juice in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Combine coconut sugar and buttermilk mixture in a bowl, then coat the mushrooms and let them soak for 10 minutes.

Dip each mushroom into the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

Heat oil to 350°F. Then add mushrooms, cooking for 2-3 minutes each side.

Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
