Vegan Milk (any kind)
Flax Meal
Vanilla Extract
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon

Add vegan milk, maple syrup, flax meal, vanilla extract & cinnamon to a bowl.
Whisk together then place batter in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Remove from freezer & whisk again. Add vegan butter to a pan.

Dip the bread in the batter to coat.
Fry in the pan for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until crispy.
Serve immediately, topped with maple syrup & cinnamon.

Use stale bread as it soaks up the batter better than fresh!
To avoid soggy french toast, only soak the bread for 15-20 seconds each side!
