Vegan Butter

This homemade vegan butter recipe is the perfect dairy-free alternative that you can spread, sauté with, bake with, use in frosting, or even brown!

Simple Ingredients

You'll only need soy milk, sea salt, and a few other ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until the cashews are smooth.

Pour the butter mixture into a container or mould. Cover and chill until it sets completely.

Remove the vegan butter from the refrigerator and use as desired, then return to the fridge afterwards.
