You'll only need sweet potato, olive oil, and sea salt to make this easy recipe.
Preheat your oven to 400℉ and slice the sweet potato into 1/8-inch-thick slices.
Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until they’re evenly coated.
Coat baking sheets with olive oil, place chips on them, and sprinkle salt over the tops.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping chips halfway through the cooking time, until crisp and baked through.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle sea salt on top of the chips and let cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes.
