Chop the cauliflower into smaller pieces, then whisk the flour, almond milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder to make the batter. Place the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Next, toss the cauliflower in the batter, and coat them in the breadcrumbs. Then place onto a baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients and simmer until it thickens, whisking frequently. Once cool, coat the wings with the sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
