Apple Pie Smoothie
- 3 apples, cored and chopped (skin removed optional)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for about 2 to 3 minutes until blended.
