One of the things I love about being vegetarian is that I’m no longer stuck in the mindset of “Can I get a chicken burger please?”. I’m allergic to both pork and beef, so this was always my own option so you’d think I would’ve branched out. Nope. Now, I’m all over burger land. We’re talking quinoa burgers, black bean burgers, farro, tofu (love tofu!!), sweet potato..the list goes on and on. It is amazing how many options there are!
